Stay on pace through the month.

Yusr compares what you've spent so far with how far through the period you are, so you can tell early whether you're on pace. Each period starts fresh; budgets don't carry a balance forward.

Budget by pace

Every category shows what you've spent against where you'd expect to be at this point in the period, with a clear status such as On Pace.

  • Calendar-month budgets, or pay-period budgets from a start date you choose
  • A notification when a category goes over budget
  • Fixed, variable and savings categories

Categories that fit your life

Start from the default categories, or rename, add and remove your own in Settings, and set a budget amount for each. Each one is fixed, variable or savings.

Sinking funds for costs that land all at once

Set aside a little every month for things like insurance, Zakat, tires or annual renewals, and see how much you've reserved so far.

  • The amount you set aside each month is counted in your cash flow

Recurring templates, less typing

Save regular transactions and regular income as templates, so regular items are quick to add.

Key Metrics

Monthly cash flow, savings rate and investment rate are worked out from what you've logged, with a forecast for the rest of the month at your current pace.

What Budgeting doesn't do

  • It doesn't carry unspent amounts forward from one period to the next.
  • Bank import isn't available yet, so spending is entered by you.
  • It doesn't send email or text alerts. Notifications appear inside the app.
