Keep track of what you give.
Log gifts to charities, Sadaqah and other giving. Yusr keeps your receipts in view and estimates the federal tax credit, so tax time is easier.

Gifts and receipts in one list
Log the date, who it went to, the amount and whether you hold the official receipt. Yusr shows what you have given this year and last year, and which gifts still need a receipt.
- Donations, Sadaqah and other giving, in one log
- A tick for each official receipt you hold
- Totals for this year, last year and in total
Only gifts to registered charities, with an official donation receipt, qualify for the credit.
A federal credit estimate, with the limits stated
From the gifts you have marked as receipted, Yusr applies the federal rates: the lowest rate on the first $200 of gifts and a higher rate above that. It shows the result for each tax year, with the source linked.
- Counts only gifts you have marked as receipted
- Leaves out the provincial or territorial credit, the higher rate for high incomes and the limit of 75% of net income
An estimate only. CRA decides the final amount.
Zakat is part of giving, if you pay it
If you pay Zakat, its calculator stays on its own tab, with the hawl date and the nisab value you set, and Yusr shows what you have paid this year next to your other giving. Sadaqah is logged in Giving, with your other gifts. If you don't pay Zakat, you can hide it in Settings.
What Giving doesn't do
- It doesn't work out your provincial or territorial credit.
- It doesn't apply the higher federal rate for high incomes or the 75% limit.
- It doesn't check that a charity is registered or that a receipt is valid.
- It doesn't file your taxes or send receipts to CRA.
